Cumulative net across every closed trade, oldest to newest. Net means what came back less what went in — price move, funding and both fees. It is the only number that says whether trading here made or lost money.
Authorising a pusher is what lets the feeder publish. Force push skips the deviation breaker and exists for reopens after a gap — a weekend move can legitimately exceed the limit, and without it the market would stay frozen at the last print before it.
Pausing a market stops opens and closes on it immediately. Pause everything when the feed is publishing numbers you do not trust and you cannot yet tell which market it poisoned.
